Kathak Rooh Ghungroo is dedicated to teaching the graceful art of Kathak with discipline, rhythm and expression.
Students can learn the foundations of Kathak including Tatkar, Hastak, Chakkars, Taal, Abhinaya and traditional compositions.
Our goal is to help every student develop confidence, technique and a deep appreciation for Indian classical dance.

Lopamudra Swain is the founder and dance teacher at Kathak Rooh Ghungroo, committed to creating a positive and disciplined environment for learning Kathak.
Her aim is to encourage students to understand Kathak not only as a dance form, but as a beautiful form of storytelling and cultural expression.
